Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. For items over 1,000 rupees, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Razorpay does not guarantee that returned items will be received.

Refund time

The standard timeframe for refunds is 5–7 working days, but the specific time depends on the payment method used:

• Credit/debit cards: 5–10 days
• Net banking: 2 days
• Wallets: Instant
• UPI: 2–7 days
